BY COMMISSIONING ME , YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:

1 . once I accept your commission,
I will send you a few sketches for you to choose from.
full payment is required upfront after you've chosen the sketch.2 . progress will be sent 2-3 times
changes during the sketch>rendering phase are accepted,
major changes are not to be requested after the work is completed3 . time to complete: 2-7 weeks
if you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance. a rush fee can be applied depending on the deadline.4. the finished artwork will be sent via vgen/gmail^if I am unable to complete the illustration after the sketch phase, I will provide a full refund^if I spot something missing / wrong in the artwork, i will fix it free of charge and send it through gmail

NO: mecha, heavy nsfw/18+, hateful imagery

rights to artwork ✦

  • the commissioner cannot remove my signature from the artwork (applicable to all types except for chibi commissions, but proper credits to the artist is a MUST.)

  • I retain all copyright over my own illustrations to use as self promotion

  • the commissioner may use the artwork online (pfp, banner, wallpaper, etc) and print for personal use (poster, sticker, etc)

  • the commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own artwork

  • the commissioner may not use the artwork for NFT's or feed into AI training

  • the commissioner may not profit or sell the artwork unless it's a commission brought with commercial use

  • I have the right to decline the commission request under any circumstances
